Brittany Maton holds a 200 HR Certification (Yoga Tree).

Training in Vinyasa yoga, Pranayama and various meditation techniques. Her class style is a soothing Vinyasa flow based on the Ashtanga alignment of breath and movement. All classes guide students into a rhythm of movement and aim to quieten the mind and bring the body into balance.
