Britt Maton holds a 200 HR Certification (RYT)
Trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and various Meditation Techniques. Her class style is Vinyasa based on the Ashtanga alignment of breath and movement. All classes are designed to quieten the mind and bring the body into balance.
Britt is based in SF Bay area. She is passionate that everyone is able to do yoga and works to build a class suitable to the individual/group needs.
